The Management Board of HELIO S.A. hereby announces that according to the Issue Prospectus of Company approved by Polish Financial Supervisory Authority on 16th March 2007, on 27th March 2007 the Management set the issue price of one Series B share at PLN 10,50 (ten zloty and 50/100) after Book building.

In Public Offering are offered 1.128.000 series B ordinary bearer shares.
