The Management Board of HELIO S.A. hereby informs about concluding on 25 June 2010 with Fortis Bank Polska S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Bank”) an annex to the non-renewable credit agreement executed on 11 August 2008 with further changes, about which the Issuer informed in the current report no. 5/2008 of 11 August 2008 and the current report no. 1/2009 of 3 April 2009 and the current report no. 2/2010 of 16 March 2010.
On the basis of the above mentioned annex the allocation of the credit period has been prolonged until 30 November 2010, and the grace period of paying off the credit has been prolonged until 30 November 2010.
The remaining essential terms of the agreement have not been changed.
The fundamental criterion for recognizing the agreements significant is the total value of the credit amounting to at least 10% of the Company’s revenues from sales in the last four quarters.
