The Management Board of HELIO S.A. hereby informs that on 13.01.2010 the Company received the court decree dated on 06.01.2010 of the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 14th Business Branch of the Domestic Registry Court about entering into the registration of the Issuer the changes in the Articles of Association of the Company adopted at the Ordinary General Meeting on 18.12.2009.
