The Management Board of HELIO S.A. informs that on 28.09.2015 it received a decision of the District Court for the Capital City  of Warsaw in Warsaw, XI Economic Department – Pledge Register on amendments made on 08.09.2015 to the entry in the Pledge Register concerning a registered pledge to the amount of 7 500 000 PLN on a set of inventory (other sets of items or rights constituting an organizational whole regardless of its floating) placed in Brochów 119, 05-088 Brochów (Finished Goods and Packaging Warehouse) the property the Issuer, of which the Issuer informed in a current reports no. 5/2009 of 15.09.2009 and 7/2011 of 13.09.2011.

As a result of the said amendments:
1. The name of the pledgee has been updated to BGŻ BNP Paribas S.A. (formerly BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A.),
2. The book value of the assets on which the said security had been established in the Issuer’s ledgers has been updated, which on 30.06.2015 amounted to PLN 10193775.13,
3. The maximum amount of security updates by changing its amount of PLN 7500000.00 to PLN 17000000.00.

Other significant terms of the entry in the Pledge Register have not been subject to change. The change of the entry in the Pledge Register was made at the request of HELIO SA in connection with the signing of an annex to the credit agreement with Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas SA, about which the Issuer informed in current report no 4/2015 of 31.08.2015.

There is no relationship between the Issuer and the members of supervisory board or management board of the Issuer, and the entity on whose behalf was the establishment of the pledge. The fundamental criterion for recognizing the assets significant is exceedance of 10% of the Company’s revenues from sales in the last four quarters. Established lien exceeded the amount equivalent to EUR 1 000 000 converted by the average exchange rate announced by the Polish National Bank as at the day of establish the lien.
