In relation to an apparent typographical mistake in the text of the Report of the entity authorized to audit financial statements of the audit of the annual financial report enclosed to the Company’s Annual Report for the period from 01.07.2009 to 30.06.2010 (SA-R-2009), published on 02.11.2010 r ., The Management Board of HELIO S.A. hereby informs about introduced adjustments in to the annual report SA-R 2009.

The adjustments do not influence to any of the values presented in this annual report, and covered only the periods indicated in the headings of tables and charts contained in the report of PKF Audit Sp. z o. o. supplemental opinion on the financial statements. Details of the changes are presented in the attachment to the report.
