In reference to the current report no. 6/2007, the Management Board of HELIO S.A. hereby informs that pursuant to the resolution no. 251/07 of 2 April 2007 of the National Depository for Securities S.A., registration of 3,872,000 series A ordinary bearer shares of HELIO S.A. shall be carried out on 30 April 2007 in the National Depository under the code PLHELIO00014.
