The Management Board of HELIO S.A. hereby informs that on 16 December 2011 the Management Board of HELIO S.A. received the information from the Member of the Supervisory Board – Mrs. Magdalena Kącka about her resignation to apply for election in the next term of the Supervisory Board of HELIO S.A. because of personal reasons.
