The Management Board of HELIO S.A., acting upon the received note, hereby informs that Mr. Jacek Kosiński, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, has acquired bearer shares of HELIO S.A. by means of transactions carried out on the Warsaw Stock Exchange SA. The total value of the transactions exceeded the equivalent of EUR 5,000 expressed in PLN.
