The Management Board of HELIO S.A., in reference to the current report no. 6/2007 hereby informs that pursuant to the resolution no. 251/07 of 2 April 2007, the Management Board of the National Depository for Securities S.A., registration of 1,128,000 series B ordinary bearer shares of HELIO S.A. following the rights to shares shall be carried out on 10 May 2007 in the National Depository under the code PLHELIO00014.

Following the registration, the total number of securities of HELIO S.A. registered in the National Depository for Securities S.A. shall amount to 5,000,000 securities.
