The Management Board of HELIO S.A. hereby informs that on 20 April 2007, the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 14th Commercial Department of the National Court Register, entered into the KRS a change in the amount of the Company’s share capital and its structure. The share capital of HELIO S.A. was increased from the amount of PLN 1,936,000 to the amount of PLN 2,500,000. The share capital was increased by means of an issue of 1,128,000 series B ordinary bearer shares. Having considered the aforementioned change, the structure of the share capital of HELIO S.A. is as follows:
1) 3,872,000 series A ordinary bearer shares,
2) 1,128,000 series B ordinary bearer shares.

Having registered the increase in the share capital, the total number of the votes at the General Meeting shall equal 5,000,000.
