The Management Board of HELIO S.A. hereby informs that the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange adopted on 12 April 2007 the resolution no. 232/2007 on admission to trading on the basic market of series A and B ordinary bearer shares and the rights to series B ordinary bearer shares of the company of HELIO S.A.

The Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange resolved to admit to trading on the basic market:
1) the following ordinary bearer shares of the Company HELIO S.A. of the nominal value of PLN 0.50 each:
– 3,872,000 series A shares
– 1,128,000 series B shares.

Admission to trading of the shares referred to above shall be carried out on condition of registration of the increase in the share capital of the Company HELIO S.A. resulting from an issue series B shares.
2) 1,128,000 rights to series B ordinary bearer shares of the nominal value of PLN 0.50 each.
