The Management Board of HELIO S.A. hereby informs about concluding on 05.09.2014 with Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Bank”) an annex to an agreement of credit on the current account executed on 17 September 2013 with changes, about which the Issuer informed in the current report no. 2/2013 of 17.09.2013 and no. 1/2014 of 05.02.2014.
On the basis of the above mentioned annex the schedule of available credit limit in the current account was changed as follow:
– PLN 9 000 000 in a period from 28.06.2014 to 30.09.2014,
– PLN 23 500 000 in a period from 01.10.2014 to 01.06.2015,
– PLN 10 000 000 in a period from 02.06.2015 to the end of crediting period, i.e. to 29.09.2015.
The remaining essential terms of the agreement have not been changed. Annex shall enter into force on 30.09.2014.
The fundamental criterion for recognizing the agreements significant is the total value of the credit amounting to at least 10% of the Company’s revenues from sales in the last four quarters.
