The Management Board of HELIO S.A. hereby announces that in connection with the expiry of the term of the hitherto Management Board of the Company on 25.08.2011, the Company’s Supervisory Board at its meeting on 04.06.2011 appointed to the next, second term:
–    Mr. Leszek Wąsowicz to the President of the Management Board,
–    Mrs. Justyna Wąsowicz to the Vice-President of the Management Board
with legal effect from 26.08.2011.

According to § 10 sec. 4 of the Company’s Articles of Association, Management Board Members are appointed for joint terms of office. Term of office of the Management Board is 5 years.
