The board of HELIO S.A. company informs that on 19.05.2011 it received a decision of the District Building Control Inspector in Sochaczew of 16.05.2011 on ranting HELIO S.A an occupancy permit for a manufacturing and storage hall with office, employee and auxiliary facilities on plots no. 222, 223/1, 223/2, 224/1, 224/2 located in Brochów 119. The Issuer will therefore immediately perform due reclassifications on the assets’ side, changing the status of the facility let for usufruct from capital work in progress to capital assets. The book value of the facility let for usufruct on the day of delivery of this report is 16.614.603,44 PLN. The facility was financed by own funds and an investment credit of 14m PLN granted by Fortis Bank Polska S.A. based in Warsaw, of which the Issuer had informed in current reports no. 5/2008 of 11.08.2008, 1/2009 of 03.04.2009, 2/2010 of 16.03.2010, 4/2010 of 25.06.2010, 10/2010 of 01.12.2010.

The facility was carried out by several contractors, including one constructor (Krzysztof Mieciek, conducting bussiness activity under the name “Metalplast Budownictwo Krzysztof Mieciek” based in Warsaw) with whom a master agreement had been concluded within a meaning of Minister of Finance Regulation on current and periodic information delivered by the Issuers of securities and terms and conditions for recognizing information required by law of a non-member state as equivalent, of which the Issuer informed in current reports no. 2/2009 of 16.04.2009 and 3/2010 of 22.06.2010.

The criterion for recognizing assets as substantial assets is exceeding 10% of sales revenues of the Issuer for the previous four financial quarters.
