The Management Board of HELIO S.A. hereby informs about concluding on 21.06.2010 with “Metalplast Budownictwo Krzysztof Mieciek” with its registered office in Warsaw (“Contractor”) an annex to the agreement for construction works executed on 15.04.2009, about which the Issuer informed in the current report no. 2/2009 of 16.04.

On the basis of the above mentioned annex a range of the construction works has been increased, which resulted in:
– prolongation of the deadline of ending of construction works until 31.08.2010,
– increase the total amount of salary payable to the Contractor to PLN 11956463.84.

The above mention changes resulted primarily from a possibility of correcting the range of construction works on a motion of the Issuer, which was admitted in the origin text of the agreement.

The remaining essential terms of the agreement have not been changed.

The fundamental criterion for recognizing the agreements significant is the total value of the agreement to at least 10% of the Company’s revenues from sales in the last four quarters.
